On April 8th, faculty and students from our school successfully held an online exchange with students and faculty from MGIMO (Moscow State Institute of International Relations). The event aimed topromote in-depth communication and understanding between the two sides on topics such as multilateralism, national interests, and issues related to the BRICS countries through debate.
4月8日，我校师生与莫斯科国立国际关系学院师生成功举行了一场线上交流活动。本次活动旨在通过辩论促进双方在多边主义、国家利益及金砖国家相关议题上的深入交流与理解。

At this thought-provokinground-table discussion, students from both sides explored the multifaceted role of the BRICS nations as emerging economies within the global governance framework. They examined how the cooperation between China and Russia influences regional tensions, while also analyzing the significance of financial collaboration in fostering international financial stability and economic growth. Additionally, the students engaged in a lively debate about the influence and effectiveness of the BRICS nations across the Eurasian continent. These discussions spanned political, economic, and socio-cultural dimensions, offering participants a unique perspective to assess the future potential and challenges of this transnational organization.
在这次充满思想火花的圆桌会议上，双方学生从多维度探讨了金砖国家作为新兴经济体在全球治理体系中的重要角色。他们不仅讨论了中国与俄罗斯之间的合作关系如何影响区域紧张局势，同时也分析了金融合作对于促进国际金融稳定和经济增长的重要性。学生们还就金砖国家在欧亚大陆范围内的影响力及其有效性展开了热烈讨论，这些议题涵盖了政治、经济和社会文化等多个层面，为与会者提供了一个独特的视角来审视这一跨国组织的未来潜力和挑战。

Students' perceptions
作为国际关系学院的学生，我有幸参与了这次吉外与莫斯科国立国际关系学院的圆桌会谈，围绕金砖国家BRICS展开讨论。在准备阶段，我通过研究BRICS的多边合作机制，梳理其在国际体系中的角色定位。会上，与俄方同学用英语探讨BRICS在经济合作与多边主义中的作用，我更加了解其推动全球治理多极化的重要性。此次交流不仅深化了我的学术理解，更彰显了JISU与MGIMO在欧亚国际关系研究上的互补性。
此次与MGIMO同学们和老师们的研讨交流深感如切如磋，如琢如磨。此次我与Sofya共话经济金融合作主题，交流与倾听中既见中俄务实之思，亦怀长远之志。作为中国的一名大学生，在这样的研讨交流中，我深感中俄携手乃“君子之交，和而不同”的典范。两国共筑法治基石，共拓发展之路，恰似“长风破浪会有时”。愿以青年之志，共赴合作之约，赓续丝路芳华，让中俄友谊之树常青。
在参与此次与莫斯科国立国际关系学院共同举办的论坛后，我收获颇丰。论坛围绕金砖国家相关议题展开的深入辩论，为我提供了广阔的思考空间。
在与MGIMO代表团交流过程中，我充分感受到不同文化背景下对于多边主义、国家利益等问题的多元视角。就“中俄合作与挑战”议题探讨时，双方各抒己见，在思想碰撞中，我对中俄合作的重要性及面临的挑战有了更深刻的认识，也学习到新的分析思路。
此次论坛不仅提升了我的专业知识水平，更锻炼了我的国际交流能力。我深刻体会到，在国际交流中，清晰表达观点、尊重不同看法是促进沟通的关键。未来，我将以更积极的态度参与国际交流活动，为增进各国间相互理解与合作贡献自己的力量。
经过这次交流，我意识到，在当前动荡的国际局势中，中俄两个重要大国对话协商，寻求“最大同心圆”，共同迎接挑战，不仅对两国是利大于弊，更能为世界增加更多稳定因素。金砖国家是中俄两国应对当前国际局势，构建更加公平合理的国际新秩序的重要框架，新兴力量正以“非对抗性结盟”打破西方议题垄断。双方在交流中，现实主义与建构主义视角交织，我意识到国际政治不仅需要权力制衡，更需价值观对话，青年应成为理论与实践融合的桥梁，为治理创新提供新思路。

After the students' insightful presentations concluded, the two teachers engaged in alternating comments. Professor Israyelyan from MGIMO began by dissecting the topic in depth, drawing on a solid theoretical foundation and offering thought-provoking insights. Teacher Fang Yuan from our university then added a unique perspective, enriching the discussion with new dimensions of thought. The alternating comments not only highlighted intellectual exchanges but also provided the audience with multidimensional inspiration.
当同学们的精彩发言结束后，两位教师进行了交替点评。莫斯科国立国际关系学院教授伊斯拉耶杨率先发言，以扎实的理论基础深入剖析主题，提出了具有启发性的观点。随后，我校教师方圆从不同视角切入，补充了独特的见解，为讨论注入了新的思考维度。两位教师的点评不仅展现了学术观点的碰撞，也为与会者提供了多维度的启发。
